GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Ex-GWR 60xx Class 4-6-0 No 6000 'King George V' storms past Ford's foundry on a down special in 1971. Built by Swindon works to Lot 243 in June 1927, No 6000 remained in service until December 1962 when it was withdrawn from 81A Old Oak Common shed to be preserved. The signal box on the left is Leamington North whilst the building seen in the distance and on the locomotive's immediate right is Leamington goods shed.
