Close up of image 'gwrls168' showing a train of both covered and open wagons passing through the station on the goods loop line. The photograph is dated 1936 and as the side sheeting of the pedestrian footbridge has been removed it has to be assumed that its no longer in use being replaced by the subway which had been extended through to the former LNWR Avenue station. There appears to Oxy-Acetylene equipment located on a trolley by the steel pier on the island platform.
