Close up of image 'gwrls166' showing a number of open wagons stabled on sidings sited between the LNWR station and the GWR's up loop line. These sidings were at a lower level than the GWR line being at the same level as the former LNWR goods or avoiding lines which ran at the back of the LNWR station. Access to the four sidings was via a series of consecutive points located to the south of Leamington North Signal Box. An additional set of points facing the opposite way allowed traffic to be moved either towards Birmingham on GWR metals or towards Coventry on LNWR metals.
