GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Behind them under the canopy more horse drawn trolley wagons stand loaded, but with their shafts in the air. On the right in the foreground is another 4 wheeled high sided lorry with demountable tilt cover, which is loaded with an assortment of wooden crates, while in front is another three wheeled mechanical horse (possibly a Scammell) attached to demountable flat trailer loaded with a bundle of rods. Ahead of this vehicle another demountable trailer waits, loaded with a Great Western Railway container, for its mechanical horse tractor unit.
