Looking south past the water column and lamp room towards the cattle dock and the entrance to the goods yard circa 1949. The signal box on the right, erected when the line was opened to goods traffic on 9th December 1907, had 37 levers with which to operate the Earlswood Lake block and the goods yard. It was decommissioned on 20th December 1981 and removed to be used by the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway at Toddington.
