British Railways built 4-6-0 78xx class No 7823 'Hook Norton Manor' heads an up freight working on 23rd November 1963. Built by Swindon works to Lot 377 in December 1950, No 7823 was only in service a very short time being withdrawn in July 1964 from 2A Tyseley shed to be scrapped by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
